    We're pleased to offer this 5 Cent Second issue fractional currency note.  It's from a collection that's been bank vaulted for 50 years and now being offered for the first time.  It’s a well circulated Civil War Era remnant note showing paper losses and splits but it’s modestly priced.  It would be ideal for framing.
