    Description

    For sale is a VERY UNIQUE Spinner Fractional note FR 1331.  There are NO position markers on the face and NO surcharges on the reverse. BUT, BUT, BUT this note has TWO plate numbers.  You can see them in the photos above.  On the lower left corner of the face is "29".  On the lower left of the reverse is a MIRRORED "21".  If you collect these "plate numbered" notes then this might be just for you.  In any case, it would be a SUPER addition to anyones collection, even if you already have a 1331.  There are some flaws in this note.  There is a paper nick on the lower right side below Spinners signature and there are 3 paper nicks along the left edge of the face.  None of these flaws enter into the engraving of this note, so they are only eyesores, but not real damage to this UNIQUE note.  You can own the BEAUTY for only
