10 Cent Fourth Issue Fractional fr# 1259 with the signatures of Allison and Spinner. Grading 65 EPQ GEM (exceptional paper quality) by PMG. A wonderfully margined example of this desirable variety that has a bold blue swath of color at the right end. By the end of the Fifth Issue in early 1876, there were more than enough silver coins circulating to meet the everyday needs of the nation and paper fractionals more or less died out.
