Up for sale is a 50c Cent Third Issue "Spinner" Fractional Note.  This note is graded 58 Choice AU by PMG.  This note is clean and fresh with no readily detectable folds (even with a good grading light), but NO tears, pinholes, or distracting marks.  It has nice sharp corners and good evenly centered margins,  outstanding original paper quality and body as noted by PMG, great heavy embossing, and has excellent ink color and great eye appeal.
A nice, high grade, hand signed fractional priced to sell.
