    Up for sale is a tougher 10c Cent First Issue Postage Note that is graded 50 About Uncirculated Exceptional Paper Quality by PMG and has some extremely light folding and handling, but no pinholes, tears, or distracting marks.  This note is bright and crisp, has has good corners and borders, excellent exceptional original paper quality and body, and very good ink color and great eye appeal.
    A nice, tougher first issue fractional priced to sell.
