    Up for sale is a tougher 5c Cent First Issue Postage Note that is graded 30 EPQ Very Fine Exceptional Paper Quality by PMG.  This little note has some light folding and creasing, but no tears, pinholes, or distracting marks.  This note is clean and crisp, has good corners and fully framed margins, and exceptional original paper quality and body, and has rich, vivid ink color and very good eye appeal for the assigned grade.
    A nice, tougher first issue fractional priced to sell.
