More than likely those are the proud parents standing behind them. The image is captioned at the bottom left margin and reads Flower Girls Recognition Day Chautauqua Institution Chautauqua New York. Condition is really nice and crisp without any creases rips or tears and just very very minor corner wear. The reverse side bears the trademark symbol of the Chautauqua Institution in the upper left corner. The name of the publisher is not mentioned however it says it was Printed In Germany For The Chautauqua Institution. The reverse side is postally used bearing a Chautauqua New York 1909 flag cancel with proper stamp affixed and having a divided back. A great addition to any School , Education , Chautauqua Institution, Recreation , Recognition Day , Flower Girl Chautauqua, or New York State collection.
