    Description
    This is a piece of fractional currency from the fourth series. It is the ten cent denomination and has a larger red seal as well as blue paper on the right end. That makes it a Freidberg 1259.  PMG has graded this as Gem Uncirculated 66EPQ. The Exceptional Paper Quality (EPQ) designation means this note has not been washed or pressed out like many uncertified "gem" notes you see on eBay. Don't trust me about the grade of the note, trust PMG!
