    Description

    This is a second issue five cent fractional currency FR – 1232, KL – 3226. It is the plain backed variety. The paper on this is good quality, probably in the VF range. I see no flaws or pinholes except it appears as though it has either been sliced thin or the sides have been trimmed. These were mass produced so quickly and cheaply that a lot of things could go wrong. I don’t know if that’s the case or someone has done something. But as I said, the quality of the paper is nice. Take a look.
    First class shipping is .50 and each additional item will be sent for $.50. I will accept returns if you believe the item is not as advertised. However, I try to report all flaws, and take good pictures. I don’t want problems. I have been on eBay for 21 years, and have never had less than 100% feedback.
