You will receive the coin, light up case, certificate and write up of the coin #120 struck of max 5000 coming in the light up case w on off switch in original box shown in the photos. As far as I know the coin has not been out of the case however the case does have some very light scratch marks and this is why I am lower in price and you will see pretty good with working with offers. I do not know much about Star Trek however the coin on the one side is colorized of the enterprise NX-01. The case is battery operated and does have an on off switch on the bottom.
