    . As a type collector, I only dabbled in fractional currency. The more I learned, the more I didn’t know. It is fascinating. Fraught with counterfeits, errors, types, varieties, and a hodgepodge of laws, it’s something I wish I had discovered earlier. Now I am retired, and slowly selling my collection of notes and coins. Here are some of my fractionals.
    This is a 1st issue 5-cent Postal Currency. It is FR-1230, KL-3211. Straight edges with monogram on back. There is a small paper pull on front, and very old writing on the back, which I can’t read. The paper is very nice, probably VF grade.
     I ship first class, and will combine shipping. The first item it’s .50, and each additional item is $.50. I will accept returns if you feel the item is not as advertised. You must pay return shipping. I have been on eBay for over 21 years. My feedback has never been less than 100%. I am honest, and I believe most eBayers are too.
