This lovely solid gold 1862 U.S. .00 gold coin is mounted in a  solid 18k gold mounting    It is now size 5 1/2 but can be made to fit your finger.
The gold coin itself weighs .048575 ounce.    Designed by James Longacre The coin is 15mm round with a reeded edge.  It is the smallest coin ever struck in the United States.
